Technical data for sun beds

FRAME
The frames are made of solid teak treated appropriately.
The seating supports are made of teak staves.
The sunshades frame are made of welded elements,
with concrete base plates to stabilize the structure and avoid
overturning in the event of strong wind.

PADDING
Padding is made of outdoor waterproof
mildew-resistant foam.

FABRICS
Fabrics are supplied by the customer (C.O.M.).
Fabric requirements are shown without repeat and with
a width of 140 cm/ 55 in. Fabrics of different widths
or with repeat are calculated on a one-off basis. On request,
items can be upholstered with a combination of various
fabrics. In this case the calculations will again be made
on a one-off basis.

GLIDES
Glides are made of nylon or felt.

FINISH OF THE WOOD PART
The finish of the wood parts is implemented
by impregnation in vegetal base oil.

VARNISH OF THE VELDED PARTS
Coating is carried out with epoxy powders
for outdoor purposes.

SIZES
The dimensions of all products stated in the technical
specifications are given in centimetres and are subject
to normal tolerances.
